Our goal is to make a stand-alone acquisition in the lower-middle market and be a steward to a founder’s legacy. We intend to keep the operations intact and to protect both its human and business assets.

We are investor-operators and will assume a full-time leadership position in the business. We seek long-term and sustainable value creation by re-investing its future profits. We’re not planning for a future exit.
